[A soft yelp of surprise escapes Ali's mouth as he is lifted up, but he quickly sees how favorable this position is and shifts his legs to wrap around Concord's waist and hold onto him. Sure, Concord is strong enough to hold a small man like Ali up on his own, but this is better in Ali's mind. It's much easier to grind up against Concord, for one, and it makes him feel like he has some kind of control over the situation. While Ali does like being ravished like this, he also does not like the idea of completely giving up control here.
Speaking of being ravished, Ali is suddenly very irritated by how covering his clothes are. He shifts his grip on Concord's shoulders to just one arm, and then he uses his free hand to tug at his collar, undoing the lacing at the top and exposing his neck more. He's not fully getting undressed, but the bare neck there might make Ali's intentions clear: he had marked up Concord yesterday, and now he's offering up his own neck to let Concord take a try. Grinding through clothes is working him up but it's not fully satisfying, and if they're not going to go all the way tonight then he wants some other kind of attention as well.]
