He wants to touch Concord so badly, to just break through the tension they're both building up and finally claim his lips. But not yet, he tells himself. He broke first last time, he has to make Concord take the first action. So instead, he finally pulls a hand away from the wall and slips it up behind Concord's neck, gently touching the back of his neck to try and get Concord to lean in more closely.]
There's a lot more we could do that way, after all.
