[Interestingly enough, Ali does run a bit warm compared to normal humans. Not so warm that it would be noticeable most of the time, but it's hard to miss with direct skin-to-skin contact like this. Concord's hands feel cool on his skin in contrast, and it makes Ali jump slightly at the sudden contact. Not that he's complaining though, he's going to reward Concord's boldness with a roll of his hips.
Holding onto Concord's shoulders isn't really enough anymore though, and instead Ali finds himself slipping his arms around those shoulders to hold onto him that way, fingers gripping the back of Concord's shirt. Since Concord is paying such wonderful attention to his neck, he'll tip his head back to give the man more skin to toy with. His robes aren't high-collared, thankfully, so there is a decent amount of skin exposed and waiting. And to encourage Concord's exploration, Ali will call out quiet words of encouragement.]
